Junior Interactive Project Manager
Boomerang Pharmaceutical Communications, a growing, global, creative and results-driven interactive agency is seeking a Junior Interactive Project Manager for our Montville, New Jersey office.
Responsibilities will include working closely with Senior Project Managers to:
- Create, execute and revise project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards
- Minimize exposure and risk on projects
- Maintain complete and current project documentation
- Communicate project status with Account Manager and project team
- Ensure everyone is aware of their deliverables and that they meet their deadlines
The ideal candidate must:
- Have 2+ years interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment (pharmaceutical advertising agency experience a plus)
- Understand digital media development (websites, online and mobile applications, social media, etc.) and emerging technologies
- Have a functional understanding of development technologies: HTML, Flash, applications
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills and Microsoft Project expertise (Visio experience a plus)

Director of Interactive Marketing
Boomerang Pharmaceutical Communications is one of the leading digital agencies catering to the needs of global pharmaceutical and OTC clients. As we continue our growth in the digital space we now find ourselves looking for a Director of Interactive Marketing to further build our team. This is an important role in our organization that requires a dynamic individual that can both develop & deliver on integrated marketing strategies as well as manage a diverse client portfolio. We are looking for seasoned professional in the interactive space with proven experience in managing Fortune level clients in the delivery of Paid Search (SEM), Natural Search (SEO), Display, email, (eCRM), Analytics, Mobile and Social Media.
Essential Functions
- As a consultative partner to our clients this individual must be astute in defining business objectives for the digital channel and translating them into an integrated marketing strategy
- Deep understanding of interactive best practices (SEM, SEO, Display, eCRM, Social and Analytics) with a proven track record of directly managing campaigns
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals in the execution of the digital plans with a deep understanding of web analytics (GA, Omniture) to measure and report on performance across all channels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze campaign and site metrics to quickly identify trends, uncover opportunity and communicate these findings in an organized and logical delivery
- Build relationships with clients and channel partners with a focus on demonstrating Boomerang’s leadership and innovation in the digital space
- Dynamic and quick thinking professional with the strong communication skills (oral, written, presenting)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality in a timely manner
- Help to grow the business by supporting new business development with the ability to properly scope projects
Qualifications::
- A minimum of 5 years experience in online marketing industry with tactical knowledge of managing paid search across multiple engines
- Deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization best practices with track record of successful programs.
- Passion for ROI Marketing, web analytics and talent for interpreting report metrics and converting insights into actionable strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel (pivot tables, charts, insert functions)
- BS or BA in Marketing, English, Communication or equivalent
- Ability to manage a staff or professionals and work with Senior Management
- Ability to win over clients with your interpersonal skills
- Thrive on being innovative and possess progressive thinking
